Achieving a bright and healthy complexion is a goal many of us share. Although my natural skin tone is light, back in high school, I rarely used skincare or sunscreen.
This led to some sunburns, but thankfully, it’s never too late to start using products that help brighten the skin.

1. Brightening Toner - Yehwadam Brightening Toner

Vitamin C has been the most effective brightening ingredient I’ve tried. Beyond brightening, it also helps prevent premature aging thanks to its antioxidant properties. The concentration of Vitamin C can be adjusted to suit your skin’s needs. For best results, combine Vitamin C with layering techniques and always follow with sunscreen.

2. Niacinamide Serum - Hadalabo Vita Serum

Niacinamide is a star ingredient in many skincare products known primarily for its brightening effects. It also supports the skin’s barrier function. The ideal concentration varies per person, but I prefer a 5% formula for my skin.

3. Sunscreen - Bio-essence Hydrating Sunscreen

Since sun exposure is frequent, wearing sunscreen consistently is essential. I’ve truly noticed the benefits of applying sunscreen regularly—even indoors—because UV rays can pass through windows and still damage skin. To protect and maintain a brighter, healthier complexion, I use the “two-finger” method for applying sunscreen.
These products have helped me improve my skin tone and maintain a radiant complexion. With consistent use, bright and healthy skin is definitely within reach!
