Backpack Must-Haves
Hey Lykkers πβ¨ Ever packed for a trip and felt like you had everythingβ¦ only to realize halfway through that you forgot something super small but super useful?
That was me β more than once. So today I'm sharing a list of tiny backpack items that made a BIG difference for me. Hopefully, this saves you the trouble I went through π
𧻠1. Tissues & Wet Wipes
This may sound obvious, but I've forgotten tissues more times than I'd like to admit.
Public restrooms, spilled drinks, sudden sneezes β you'd be surprised how often these come in handy. Wet wipes are even better for sticky hands or quick cleanups.
π 2. Power Bank
Your phone is your map, translator, camera, and connection to the world.
I once ran out of battery in a city I didn't know well, and let me tell you β it was not fun. Now I never leave without a fully charged power bank (and cable too!).
𧴠3. Travel-size Hand Sanitizer
Especially useful in crowded places, public transport, or after touching money. It's light, small, and keeps your hands clean before eating.
ποΈ 4. Pen & Tiny Notebook
Yes, even in this digital world.
I use mine to jot down ideas, note a local phrase, or even pass a message when my phone dies. Also useful when filling out forms or making quick sketches.
π©Ή 5. Band-Aids
Blisters from new shoes or random scrapes? A few band-aids can save the day.
I once wore brand-new sneakers to walk 10km β not my best move π Band-aids saved me halfway through.
π§ 6. Earphones (Wired or Wireless)
Whether it's to block out noise, listen to music, or answer calls β having a pair in your bag is a must. I've used mine while waiting in long lines or just zoning out on the bus.
π³ 7. Extra Cash + Spare Card
Sometimes e-wallets don't work, or you misplace your main card. I always keep a bit of emergency cash and a backup card hidden deep in my backpack β just in case.
βοΈ Bonus: Foldable Bag
It weighs nothing but has saved me many times when I ended up shopping more than expected, or needed a separate bag for wet clothes or food.
So Lykkers, that's my personal checklist of small lifesavers π§‘
What's something tiny that YOU always pack but others tend to forget? Let me know β maybe I'll add it to my list next time! π
Let's help each other travel smarter, not heavier. Safe packing! π§³π
