• 30g watermelon
• 2 bananas
• 1 mango
• 200ml milk
• 100ml heavy cream
• 5g rock sugar
• Water (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Cut the watermelon, bananas, and mango into small pieces.
2. In a pot, add water and rock sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and make a simple syrup.
3. Once the syrup is ready, pour it into a container, let it cool, and add 100ml of cream and 200ml of milk. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate the syrup mixture for about half an hour.
5. After chilling, add the fruit pieces, give it a quick stir, and serve. Enjoy a sweet, fruity delight that's perfect for the hot summer days!

Frozen Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:
• Fruit of your choice (e.g., berries, peaches, or mango)
• Yogurt (amount to your liking)
• Sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Freeze your ice cream machine for 24 hours in advance.
2. Wash and chop your fruit, then blend it with yogurt and sugar (or honey) until smooth.
3. Remove the ice cream machine from the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks. Pour in the yogurt-fruit mixture.

Watermelon Tapioca Soup

Ingredients:
• 300g watermelon
• 100g tapioca pearls
• Water (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Boil water in a pot, then add the tapioca pearls. Let them cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pearls become transparent with a slight white center. Remove from heat and let them sit in the pot for another 10 minutes.
2. Rinse the cooked tapioca pearls in cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
3. Cut the watermelon into cubes, then juice it in a juicer.

• 50g black tea ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Soak the red beans in water for 6 hours, then rinse and drain them.
2. Boil the beans in fresh water until tender, then strain and add honey for sweetness.
3. Shave the black tea ice cubes into snow-like texture using an ice crusher.
4. Place the shaved ice into a bowl, pour in the yogurt and red beans, and drizzle with more honey if desired.

Matcha Slushie

Ingredients:
• 30ml hot water
• 8g matcha powder
• 50ml condensed milk
• 60ml milk
• 15g sugar
• 200g ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the matcha powder in hot water and allow it to cool.
2. Pour the matcha mixture into a blender, along with condensed milk, milk, sugar, and ice cubes.
3. Blend until the mixture turns into a smooth, icy slush.

Mint Lime Water

Ingredients:
• 15g mint leaves
• 2 limes
• 1.5 liters of pure water
• Honey to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash the mint leaves and blend them with a small amount of water to create a mint juice.
2. Strain the mint juice to remove the solids, then pour it into a large container.
3. Slice the limes into thin pieces and add them to the container.
4. Add 1.5 liters of pure water, and sweeten with honey to taste.

Winter Melon Tea

Ingredients:
• 800g winter melon
• 100g dried longan
• 100g brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Wash the winter melon and cut it into small pieces. Be sure to leave the skin and seeds intact.
2. Mix the melon with brown sugar and let it sit for 30 minutes to release its natural juice.
3. Add the dried longan to the mixture and boil everything together until the melon turns translucent (about 1 hour).
4. Let it cool, then strain the liquid through a cloth to remove the melon pulp.
5. Store the concentrated winter melon tea in a bottle. When drinking, dilute with water, and for added flavor, try adding lemon and mint.

Mango Ice Cream (No Cream Version)

Ingredients:
• 500g mango
• 500ml fresh milk
• Sugar to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the milk on low for about 10 minutes.
2. Mash the mango and mix it with the cooled milk.
3. Every 30 minutes, take the mixture out of the freezer and stir to prevent ice crystals from forming. Do this at least four times.
4. Freeze for another 4 hours, and you’ll have homemade mango ice cream without any cream!

Double-Skin Milk

Ingredients:
• 400ml whole milk
• 2 egg whites
• 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions:
1. Heat the whole milk in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Steam it for about 10 minutes.
2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whisk the egg whites until smooth.
3. After the milk has cooled, remove the plastic wrap and you’ll see a skin formed on top. Carefully pour out most of the milk, leaving a little behind.
4. Mix the milk with the egg whites and sugar, and strain to remove any bubbles.
5. Slowly pour the egg-white mixture back into the milk, letting the skin float on top.
6. Steam again for 10 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
